Society1: Tell us a bit about you and what you do:

AC: We are a Lancashire based catering company offering fine dining experiences, catering for weddings, events, parties and more.

We have just got a horse box trailer which is converted into a mobile kitchen for pop up events. Follow @theoliveboxco on social media for more information.

Society1: What do you love about being based in Preston?

AC: We love that there is so much support in the community.

Society1: What is your favourite food to create or event to cater?

AC: We like to do everything. There is nothing we can’t cater for.

Society1: What is your “go-to” local business in Preston?

AC: Our go-to local business would be Ribble Farm Fare. They have been supplying me wherever I have been for many years. Roger & the team always look after us.
