At Society1, we have conference rooms and meeting spaces to accommodate anywhere from 2 to 40 people. Our modern and vibrant meeting spaces can be booked by the hour or the day, and our team are here to provide support to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible.

We pride ourselves on our hospitality at Society1 – so we take all the stress out of planning a meeting or conference. We’ll set the room up to your requirements, assist you in displaying your presentation or connecting to teleconference facilities, and greet your guests when they arrive. We will take care of snacks, refreshments, and can provide lunch options.

We have meeting rooms ranging in size – the smallest able to fit 4 people, and the largest with the capacity for 40 delegates. Each meeting room has its own character, so you’re bound to find a space that will be the perfect backdrop for your event. Each meeting room has AV equipment with the ability to connect to any device, so you can display your presentation or teleconference with ease.
Affordable Rates:
Our meeting rooms are bookable by the hour or the day, with rates starting at just £22 per hour. All rates include refreshments, so you and your delegates will be catered for all day at no extra cost.
